After studying agricultural economics Thomas Weegen has had leadership experiences in various positions. For 6 years he worked as project leader of a large agricultural investigation project with 23 sub-projects in Portugal. For two years he worked as branch manager for a large German bank. From 1991 until June 2024, he was managing director of Coverdale Germany. Thomas Weegen has working experiences in Germany, Portugal, USA and France. His main focus as a consultant is international leadership development and executive coaching.
